Hello - and welcome!

I am Chris Quaglietta, owner of Q's Home Inspection, LLC. After 10 years in the culinary industry, I made the change to study home inspection and received my Vermont Home Inspection license in 2023. To provide my clients with the most comprehensive experience, I also obtained certifications in infrared imaging, sewer scope inspection, and aeronautical license to complete commercial drone inspections. I am passionate about continuing my education to stay current on inspection practices and home maintenance.

In my free time you can find me taking a hike with my dog, Goliath, while flying my drone! I love to capture the many beautiful landscapes Vermont has to offer. I also love to travel with my wife - we enjoy anything from camping in a National Park to eating our way through New Orleans, taking long walks through historic neighborhoods and admiring the architecture and aesthetics.
